Long Night of Museums

The Verein Zürcher Museen (Zurich Museums Association) organises the Long Night of Museums once a year. More than 50 museums and art halls open their doors at 6 pm until the early hours of the morning. Young and old are invited to discover the treasures of the museums. There will be a varied special programme: guided tours, films, music and dance as well as culinary delights. The next Long Night will take place on Saturday, 7 September 2024.

The Kenyan-Swiss singer Claudia Masika performed at the Long Night 2019 at the Ethnological Museum at the University of Zurich.
